Assistant Food & Beverage Operations Manager

Location: London

Salary: £36,000

Are you an enthusiastic leader with a commitment to outstanding food and beverage service? COREcruitment Ltd is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Operations Manager to contribute to a renowned establishment.

In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to ensure the efficient operation of various dining experiences at prestigious events and shows, while also assisting in the execution of F&B operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets during events
  • Support and manage third-party food and beverage providers on-site
  • Manage budgets, enhance profitability, and promote continuous improvement in service delivery
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and policies
  • Assist management with various projects

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in large-scale commercial food and beverage operations
  • A creative mindset for problem-solving and a meticulous attention to detail
  • Willingness to embrace flexible working arrangements, including travel to different sites
