Account Director for Food and Beverage

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced F&B Director to join our team at CH&CO. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food and beverage operations within our iconic London venue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full P&L responsibility for food and beverage operations
  • Lead on all F&B strategy across the venue, ensuring alignment with client expectations
  • Work closely with site management to deliver exceptional food and service standards
  • Develop and sustain strong working relationships with clients to drive business growth
  • Manage and develop managers within the venue, providing effective performance management and appraisal
  • Ensure effective income maximization through purchasing, marketing, and revenue/waste control
  • Produce financial reports to ensure transparency and actionability

Requirements:

  • Experience managing large turnovers of £10million+
  • Proven track record in sales, marketing, and operations within the hospitality industry
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to drive business growth
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
