About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Business Development Executive to join our team at Kohlico Brands UK Limited. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion within the retail sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Research and develop new business leads to fuel brand growth and expansion.
  • Negotiate Contracts and Secure Business Deals: Collaborate with the sales team to negotiate contracts and secure business deals that meet sales targets.
  • Work with the Marketing Team: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement strategies that enhance brand visibility and market share.
  • Track and Analyze Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales performance, delivering regular reports to senior management.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the food and confectionery industry.
  • Strong Organizational and Project Management Skills: Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Full Eligibility to Work in the UK: Full eligibility to work in the UK, with a full, clean driving license.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM Systems: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Degree or Certification in Business Administration, Marketing, or a Related Field: Degree or certification in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
