About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Business Development Executive to join our dynamic sales and marketing team at Kohlico Brands UK Limited. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of our brands within the retail sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to fuel brand growth, fostering strategic partnerships and driving the expansion of our brands within the retail sector.
  • Relationship Building: Build and strengthen relationships with retailers, distributors, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Proposal Development: Develop and deliver tailored proposals and presentations to potential clients and partners, showcasing the value and benefits of our brands.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate contracts and secure business deals to meet sales targets, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, industry conditions, and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Performance Tracking: Track and analyze sales performance, delivering regular reports to senior management to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the food and confectionery industry.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders.
  • Organizational and Project Management Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Eligibility and Qualifications: Full eligibility to work in the UK, with a full, clean driving license, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Education: Degree or certification in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
