Job Summary:

Dove & Hawk is seeking an experienced Executive Sales Director to lead our Stanmore branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales professionals, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales Growth: Achieve budgeted sales targets and develop strategies to increase revenue.
  • Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales professionals to ensure they meet their targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service, resulting in repeat business and positive referrals.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share.

Requirements:

  • Proven Track Record: A proven track record of success in a sales leadership role, with a strong understanding of the real estate market.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of sales professionals.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
