Job Description:
As a Business Development Executive at Kohlico Brands UK Limited, you will play a key role in our growth strategy by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and driving the expansion of our brands within the retail sector. You will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve our growth objectives and maintain our competitive edge in the food and confectionery market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to fuel brand growth and increase market share.
- Build and strengthen relationships with retailers, distributors, and other key stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Develop and deliver tailored proposals and presentations to potential clients and partners to secure business deals and meet sales targets.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships and collaborations.
- Work with the marketing team to implement strategies that enhance brand visibility, market share, and customer engagement.
- Monitor market trends, industry conditions, and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Track and analyze sales performance, delivering regular reports to senior management to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the food and confectionery industry. Applications from candidates in other sectors will also be considered.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
- Full eligibility to work in the UK, with a full, clean driving license.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems to manage sales data and customer relationships.
- Degree or certification in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
