Executive Sales Manager Opportunity

Dove and Hawk, a leading property recruitment agency, is partnering with a well-established agency to find an exceptional Executive Sales Manager for their Stanmore branch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales performance and achieve budget targets
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Manage property registers and client visit generation
  • Convert client visits to instructions and drive sales conversions
  • Ensure operational audit adherence and brand compliance
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the real estate market
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a sales manager or similar leadership role in the real estate industry
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Deep understanding of the real estate market and current trends
  • Full UK driving license and own vehicle
What We Offer:
  • Competitive basic salary: £27,000 - £43,000
  • OTE: £79,000
  • Monday to Friday 8.45am - 6.00pm, 1 in 4 Saturdays 10.00am - 3.00pm
