Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and strategic Business Development Executive to help us achieve our ambitious objectives. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and driving the expansion of our brands within the retail sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to fuel brand growth.
    • Build and strengthen relationships with retailers, distributors, and other key stakeholders.
    • Develop and deliver tailored proposals and presentations to potential clients and partners.
    • Negotiate contracts and secure business deals to meet sales targets.
  • Marketing and Brand Management
    • Work with the marketing team to implement strategies that enhance brand visibility and market share.
    • Monitor market trends, industry conditions, and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities.
    • Track and analyze sales performance, delivering regular reports to senior management.
  • Requirements
    • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the food and confectionery industry.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills.
    • Full eligibility to work in the UK, with a full, clean driving license.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
    • Degree or certification in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
