Job Description:

As a  Business Development Executive at Kohlico Brands, you will play a key role in our growth strategy by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and driving the expansion of our brands within the retail sector. You will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve our growth objectives and maintain our competitive edge in the food and confectionery market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to fuel brand growth.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with retailers, distributors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver tailored proposals and presentations to potential clients and partners.
  • Negotiate contracts and secure business deals to meet sales targets.
  • Work with the marketing team to implement strategies that enhance brand visibility and market share.
  • Monitor market trends, industry conditions, and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities.
  • Track and analyze sales performance, delivering regular reports to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the food and confectionery industry. Applications from candidates in other sectors will also be considered.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Full eligibility to work in the UK, with a full, clean driving license.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Degree or certification in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
