**Key Responsibilities:**

* Coordinate and implement site projects to improve customer service processes

* Work closely with stakeholders to deliver results-driven initiatives

**Requirements:**

* Experience managing events and activities for large numbers
* Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of groups
* Ability to complete complex tasks and projects in a timely manner
* Diary management experience at Director and/or Senior Manager level
* Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to make a positive contribution to company culture
