Dove & Hawk is collaborating with a prominent mixed-use developer in search of a Residential Sales Leader to oversee their operations in the City.

The Residential Sales Leader will be responsible for managing the sales teams on a daily basis, providing support, coaching, and motivation to ensure the teams achieve sales at optimal values for some of London's most prestigious residential projects.

This role is both challenging and rewarding, offering a dynamic customer-facing opportunity for a driven and personable individual to significantly influence a vital segment of the organization.

The ideal candidate will be an accomplished sales expert with experience in new homes sales, having worked with either a residential developer or a leading new homes agency. You will have a proven track record of managing new homes sites in London and experience in selling to both owner-occupiers and investors. A strong grasp of sales and marketing strategies, along with a comprehensive understanding of the processes involved in collaborating with domestic and international agents, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and surpass profitable sales targets by demonstrating exceptional selling skills and delivering outstanding service to all clients.
  • Regularly assess sales strategies and product presentations to ensure optimal pricing and sales rates align with the overall corporate image.
  • Maintain a safe and organized sales environment, including the sales office and all customer-facing areas.
  • Recruit, evaluate, train, and motivate site-based sales personnel and administrative staff.
  • Oversee the Sales & Marketing suite and related administrative tasks.
  • Maintain and compile all reservation records and sales activities.
  • Manage the sales team schedule in accordance with business hours.
  • Ensure timely processing of commission claims and maintain accurate records of staff holidays and absences.
  • Ensure all sales documentation and systems comply with company standards.
  • Conduct market research to leverage data for competitive advantage.
  • Effectively manage a sales database to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Generate potential sales leads beyond those created by marketing efforts.
  • Utilize effective selling techniques to exceed sales targets.
  • Guide secured reservations through to completion.
  • Anticipate and manage cancellation risks to minimize rates.
  • Facilitate a seamless experience for customers during the legal process.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and manage any complaints effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Institute of Sales and Marketing Management (ISMM) Level 5 Diploma in Strategic Sales (Sales Management or Key Account Management) is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in the New Homes / Residential Sales and Development sector.
  • Experience in conducting market research and competitor analysis.
