Residential Sales Manager

  • Up to £50k base + bonus
  • East Grinstead office, hybrid working


We are working with a leading luxury sauna and steam company, with over 30 years experience designing and installing spectacular wellness suites in both commercial and residential spaces. They are currently looking to grow their Residential Team and as a result, looking to recruit a Sales Manager to work alongside the Sales Director and Projects Designer to coordinate projects from inception through to completion.


Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development - develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through effective prospecting, lead generation, and networking. Conduct thorough research on potential clients to understand their needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
  • Project Management - collaborate with internal teams, suppliers and installers, to ensure a smooth transition from sale to project completion
  • Relationship Building - cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and influencers such as architects and interior designers
  • Product Knowledge - you will be expected to develop a deep understanding of their residential sauna and steam products, including features, benefits, and customisable options
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting - maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions


Requirements:

  • Proven track record of successful sales in a related industry (leisure/wellness preferred), preferably in residential projects
  • Project management ability or equivalent experience desirable
  • Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales and margin targets
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed – UK only
  • Full Driving Licence - own car required (mileage covered for any site visits)
