About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to join our team as an Employee Experience Coordinator at ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless welcome and onboarding experience for international employees at our Rosyth site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for international employees at Rosyth, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to understand future start dates and ensure timely welcome activities.
  • Attend employee inductions and work closely with Babcock Welcome Leads to ensure a smooth transition for new joiners.
  • Coordinate the welcome process for new employees at the airport, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Develop and distribute 'Welcome Packs' to support the employee's early employment journey.
  • Work with our relocation provider to ensure they have all necessary information and are set up to support new employees.
  • Ensure employees settle into their accommodation and address any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Source and manage relationships with transport providers to support employee mobility.
  • Act as a conduit between payroll, HR, and employees, providing timely and accurate support.
  • Continuously improve processes based on employee feedback and learnings.
Requirements
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to manage difficult situations and build strong relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a willingness to take initiative and act on feedback.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working in a recruitment or similar role, with a strong understanding of the recruitment process.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of how to positively impact business outcomes.
