**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Employee Experience Coordinator to join our team at ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for welcoming and maintaining relationships with new international employees in our Rosyth site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for international employees at Rosyth, providing exceptional support and guidance throughout their onboarding journey.
  • Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to understand future start dates and ensure a seamless welcome experience for new joiners.
  • Attend employee inductions and work closely with Babcock Welcome Leads to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Coordinate and participate in the team to welcome new joiners at the airport when they arrive in the UK.
  • Develop and distribute 'Welcome Packs' and support employees during their early employment journey.
  • Work with our relocation provider to ensure they have all necessary information and are set up to use their technology.
  • Ensure employees settle into their accommodation and address any issues or concerns with the relocation provider and recruitment team.
  • Source and manage relationships with transport providers.
  • Act as a conduit between payroll, HR, and employees, providing timely and accurate support to answer queries.
  • Develop and improve processes based on learnings and feedback from employees and other sources.
  • Build and improve communities/networking groups onsite and through our relocation provider.

Requirements:

  • An organized individual with excellent time management skills, capable of handling changing demands.
  • An excellent communicator with the ability to manage difficult situations confidently and remove any restrictions to communication.
  • Able to act on initiative within pre-defined constraints.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working in a recruitment or similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships and negotiate to deliver results.
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of how to positively impact projects.
  • Ability to analyze data to support decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
