Event Manager Job Description

The Recruitment Co. is seeking an experienced Event Manager to join our team in St Andrews. As an Event Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating corporate and social events, exceeding budgetary objectives and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage event sales enquiries to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Lead and mentor a team of event coordinators to promote high employee engagement and career advancement.
  • Develop positive working relationships with meeting planners through programme development and implementation.
  • Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly meetings as required.
Requirements:
  • Ability to generate revenue and develop an up-selling culture among team members.
  • Experience in managing major events.
  • Previous experience in a luxury or five-star environment.
  • Valid driver's license.
