Hotel Operations Coordinator

You'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotels' conference and banqueting facilities, ensuring customer satisfaction with the quality of their events, facilities, and service. Key responsibilities include:
- Confidence in handling customer complaints to restore satisfaction levels in the event of an issue.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt your approach to complete routine and non-routine tasks.
