We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Business Partner/Employee Liaison to join our team at Manpower Talent Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for welcoming and maintaining relationships with new international employees in our Rosyth site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for international employees at Rosyth, providing exceptional support and guidance throughout their onboarding journey.
  • Collaborate closely with the Resourcing team, hiring managers, internal teams, and partners to ensure a seamless welcome experience for international employees.
  • Attend employee inductions and work closely with Babcock Welcome Leads to ensure a smooth transition for new joiners.
  • Coordinate and participate in the team to welcome new employees at the airport when they arrive in the UK.
  • Develop and manage the content and distribution of 'Welcome Packs' to support the employee's early employment journey.
  • Work with Babcock relocation providers to ensure they have all forecasted new start details and are set up to use their technology.
  • Ensure employees settle into their accommodation and flag any issues or concerns to the relocation provider and recruitment team.
  • Source and manage relationships with transport providers to facilitate smooth employee travel.
  • Act as a conduit between payroll, HR, and the employee, providing timely and accurate support to answer queries.
  • Develop and improve processes based on learnings and feedback from employees and other sources.
  • Build and improve communities/networking groups onsite and through relocation providers.

Requirements:

  • Commercial awareness and understanding of how to positively impact projects.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • An organized individual capable of managing changing demands.
