About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading by example, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and welcoming service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Support the store team in achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, stock management, and other store operations as required.
