Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for visitors, ensuring a positive first impression of our care home.
  • Manage the visitors book, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
  • Support with general office duties, including payroll and recruitment.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to visitors and colleagues alike.
