About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Guest Service Agent to join our team at Soho Farmhouse. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling reservations, and ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.

Main Responsibilities
  • Process reservations for our hotel, spa, and restaurant outlets.
  • Assist guests with queries and requests via phone, email, or our central reservation system.
  • Update guest profiles and maintain accurate records.
  • Communicate with the front desk team to ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
  • Handle cancellations and modifications, and promptly notify the front desk.
  • Be aware of all front office procedures and be willing to undertake any reasonable request made by management.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years' experience in a busy commercial reception desk environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Punctuality, reliability, and trustworthiness are essential.
  • A sense of urgency and a 'yes, yes, yes' mentality are required.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A genuine passion for food and beverage is a must.
  • Flexibility to work varying shift times, including evenings, weekends, and opens & closes.
