About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Room Service Operator to join our team at Soho Farmhouse. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the consistency, quality, and efficiency of all food and beverage service and amenities for our guests.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and efficient service delivery, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Ensure stock control and maintain proper stock levels of supplies and equipment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination between room service and other hotel operations.
  • Handle guest enquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
What We're Looking For

We are looking for a candidate with up to 1-2 years' experience in a busy hospitality venue, ideally from a room service background. You should have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to build relationships, and have a strong attention to detail. Fluency in English is essential, and computer literacy within Opera, Micros, and Open Table is advantageous.

Working Hours and Benefits

Varying shift times across the seven days, to include working evenings, weekends, opens, and closes. Average hours 32-45 hours per week. Subsidised transport rate offered from Chipping Norton (OX7) and Banbury (OX15 & OX16).
