About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Boathouse Receptionist to join our team at Soho Farmhouse. This position is situated within our movement area, overlooking the lake, and is a front-facing role that requires interacting with members, booking classes, pool testing, replenishing stock, and providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests
  • Book classes and activities for members
  • Conduct pool testing and maintain a safe and clean environment
  • Replenish stock and maintain a well-stocked area
  • Oversee the gym on occasion and provide support to fitness staff
Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a diverse group of people
  • Customer-focused and passionate about delivering exceptional service
  • 1-2 years' experience in a busy high-profile spa facility or front-facing environment
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible schedule and ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to seize, grasp, turn, and hold objects with hands
  • Ability to work on your feet for at least 8 hours
  • Fast-paced movements required to move around the club
  • Occasional kneeling, bending, crouching, and climbing required
Working Hours

Varying shift times across the seven days, including evenings, weekends, opens, and closes. Average hours 32-45 hours per week.
