About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Receptionist at The Bamford Collection in Chipping Norton. As a key member of our front office team, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide consistently friendly and professional service to all guests, following protocols for contact via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Anticipate guest needs and go above and beyond to assist with requests, being proactive in your approach to work at all times.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our systems, including PMS (Opera), ResDiary, MindBody, and Microsoft Office, to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and guest experience across the business.
  • Process payments accurately and with confidence and discretion.
  • Maintain a positive and energetic attitude, contributing to a pleasant working atmosphere.
  • Be flexible and adaptable, handling a wide range of duties, including administrative and operational tasks.
  • Ensure all front office working areas are clean and tidy throughout your shift, including company vehicles.
  • Be punctual and immaculately groomed for every shift.
  • Be flexible in your approach to work, assisting other areas of the business as needed.
  • Be an ambassador and knowledgeable about The Bamford Collection.

Requirements:
