Customer Accounts Specialist

At Heidelberg Materials AG, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Accounts Administrator to join our Shared Service Centre (SSC) team. As a key member of our Customer Accounts department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our customer accounts, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, utilizing our First Line Support model where implemented.
- Transaction Processing: Process all transactional activities through the relevant workflow tool, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Compliance and Control: Ensure compliance with appropriate processes and controls, supporting the team to maintain up-to-date documentation.
- Escalation and Resolution: Effectively escalate non-standard requests or issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- SLA Management: Accurately work within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) on a right-first-time basis.
- Integrity and Confidentiality: Maintain high levels of integrity and confidentiality in all aspects of your work.
- Record Keeping: Keep accurate records to enable correct reporting and decision-making.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to achieve targets and support departmental initiatives.
- Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the drive and flexibility to support others.
- Microsoft Office: Have basic Microsoft Office skills, including Excel.
- Data Entry: Demonstrate excellent data entry skills.
- Communication: Possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
