Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Community Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team at North Lincolnshire Council. As a Casual Rehabilitation Worker, you will play a vital role in providing rehabilitation support to individuals in their own homes, helping them to regain independence and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide rehabilitation support to individuals following accident or illness, working in conjunction with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized therapy plans.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication administration, to promote independence and well-being.
  • Support individuals in maximizing opportunities for social inclusion and emotional well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a care or rehabilitation setting is desirable, although full induction and training will be provided.
  • Ability to drive and transport across North Lincolnshire is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals, families, and healthcare professionals.
