We are excited to announce an opening for a Communication Specialist to become part of our growing clinical team. Our commitment lies in delivering exceptional clinical services through dedicated professionals focused on achieving optimal outcomes.
Role Overview
The Communication Specialist position is a dynamic and specialized clinical role, encompassing various locations within a defined region. While primarily based in a central location, the role will also extend support to additional sites as needed.
Access to personal transportation is essential for this position.
The successful candidate will operate within the established framework of service policies and procedures, contributing to the seamless integration of their specific service into the daily operations of each facility, including standardized assessments and clinical interventions. A crucial aspect of this role involves delivering informed interventions at universal, enhanced, and specialized levels to assist our broader teams in addressing the needs of adults.
You will collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team providing services that may include Clinical Psychology, Communication Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and other relevant professions as required to meet the needs of our clients. This role will report directly to our Clinical Lead.
The position is full-time, but part-time arrangements can be discussed.
Essential Qualifications
- Relevant qualifications in Communication Therapy and active registration with the appropriate regulatory body
- Postgraduate experience within the specialized client demographic
- Experience in collaborative multi-professional environments
- Background in teaching, training, and clinical supervision
- Valid UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle
