About the Role

We are excited to be partnering with a UK headquartered, established Software as a Service (SaaS) organisation who are growing their Sales Development team and are looking for Sales Development Representatives to join them in their Sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Qualifying Leads: Holding conversations and qualifying leads to introduce to Sales Executives.
  • Prospect Engagement: Identify and engage with potential customers through various channels, including research and outreach.
  • CRM Management: Updating the CRM system to record regular sales communication, opportunity activities, and reports.
  • Goal Achievement: Taking responsibility for your own development and doing what it takes to reach or exceed the goals, targets, and KPI's.
  • Support to Sales Executives: Assisting Sales Executives to complete tender/request for information documents.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience in a sales or customer service role is beneficial.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Initiative and Accountability: Be able to take accountability and work on your own initiative as well as part of a team environment.
  • Confidence: Be confident in speaking to people on the phone and in person.
