Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a skilled Telesales Executive to join our team at M-Tec Engineering Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for calling a mix of warm and cold prospects to book appointments for our Sales Team.
This role requires perseverance and previous telephone-led sales or appointment setting experience. You will be ambitious and career-minded, with a plan to learn the industry and become a fully competent sales executive, visiting customers and closing complex high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calling prospects to book appointments for the Sales Team
- Developing and maintaining relationships with customers
