Field Sales Executive Opportunity

Network Talent is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across our client's accounts in Oxfordshire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to discuss product availability and support
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across accounts
  • Communicate product information and support with staff training and product merchandising in-store
  • Adopt a flexible and adaptable approach to each customer account based on type of business and business location
  • Execute business development activities to maximize sales across designated territory
  • Evaluate successes and highlight areas for improvement across territory, utilizing data and budget for support
  • Work towards a set of defined targets

Requirements:

  • 12+ months experience in a field sales role is ideal
  • A background in FMCG would be a plus
  • Candidates outside of a sales background would also be considered; Retail Store Managers or Field-Based Merchandisers are encouraged to apply
  • Full UK driving license
  • Based in Oxfordshire
