Sales Representative

Network Talent is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across our client's accounts in Oxfordshire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to discuss product availability and support
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across accounts
- Communicate product information and support with staff training and product merchandising in-store
- Adopt a flexible and adaptable approach to each customer account based on type of business and business location
- Execute business development activities to maximize sales across designated territory
- Evaluate successes and highlight areas for improvement across territory, utilizing data and budget for support
- Work towards a set of defined targets
Requirements:
- 12+ months experience in a field sales role is ideal
- A background in FMCG would be a plus
- Candidates outside of a sales background would also be considered; Retail Store Managers or Field-Based Merchandisers are encouraged to apply
- Full UK driving license
- Based in Oxfordshire
