Business Development Manager

Join ToTaCo - B2B Sales Recruitment in our mission to find the best talent for our clients. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team.

About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in financial services, ideally with experience as a Broker or in a lender background. The successful candidate will have expertise in cold outreach, the ability to generate new leads, and nurture existing relationships. Familiarity with business loans, hire purchase, and finance leases is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand our client's customer base and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Utilize strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with key stakeholders and drive business growth.
  • Work closely with our client's team to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of our client's business.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive basic salary of £50,000 - £55,000.
  • A company car provided.
  • Opportunities for growth and professional development.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in financial services, ideally as a Broker or in a lender background.
  • Expertise in cold outreach and lead generation.
  • Familiarity with business loans, hire purchase, and finance leases.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Located near Oxford is preferred, but remote candidates with the right experience will also be considered.
