D33P Search are looking for a Business Development Manager to join a well established engineering business who deliver products and services into multiple sectors across the UK. You will be in charge of delivering into the Defence and Semiconductor markets, you'll have a track record of delivering products and services into either of these markets, experience selling engineering equipment or tooling is advantageous.
What they're looking for:
5+ years experience in a sales position
3+ years selling directly into either Defence or Semiconductor
Ability to define and implement sales strategies
Experience reporting on revenue, budgets, pipeline etc
Keep up to date with competitors and market trends
Initiate and maintain strong relationships with external & internal C-suite level individuals
Track record of growing revenue and expanding mature accounts
Negotiating commercial contracts
