Hourly Rate: Starting at £14 per hour, with potential increases based on service duration.

Working Hours: Flexible hours totaling either 30 hours per week across 3 days or 45 hours per week across 4 days.

A 2-week rolling rota is provided, with shifts commencing at either 7am or later. Weekend work will be required on a rotational basis.

Position Overview

You will engage with children and their families, creating cherished memories that are made possible through your involvement. Your work will span across our two respite facilities and family homes. A valid driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes are essential. If you have not yet obtained your Level 3 Diploma in a child-specific field, we will support you in achieving this qualification.

As a charity dedicated to supporting individuals, we understand the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Our 2-week rolling rota allows you to effectively plan your personal commitments outside of work.

Requirements for this Position

- Full UK Manual driving license and access to your own vehicle
