Working Hours: Flexible options available: either hours per week across 3 days or 45 hours per week spread over 4 days.

We implement a 2-week rolling schedule, with shifts commencing at 7am. Weekend work will be required on a rotational basis.

Position Overview

At Diverse Abilities, we understand that outstanding support is delivered by outstanding individuals. We are in search of a proactive leader who can positively influence the lives of children within our dynamic Children's Team. The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude and a willingness to grow, as we are committed to providing the necessary training to help you excel in this role.

This position is immensely fulfilling, allowing you to create significant changes in the lives of the children we serve, as well as their families and the staff who support them. You will have the opportunity to serve as a role model and we are dedicated to helping you reach your full potential.

You will engage with children and their families, creating lasting memories that would not be possible without your involvement. Your role will span across our two respite facilities and the homes of the families we assist. A valid driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes are essential. If you have not yet obtained your Level 3 Diploma in a child-specific field, we will support you in achieving this qualification.

As a charity focused on empowering individuals, we prioritize work-life balance and have established a 2-week rolling rota for our Leads, enabling you to effectively manage your personal life alongside your professional commitments.

Bonuses

Requirements for this Position

- Full UK Manual driving license and access to your own vehicle

- Minimum of 1 year of experience leading a team in a health and social care environment
