Job Opportunity: Children's Support Worker
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Support Worker to join our team at Active Care Group. As a key member of our Care in the Home division, you will play a vital role in supporting children with complex health needs to live at home with their families.
About the Role:
- Support a young boy with complex health needs in his family home overnight
- Assist with clinical equipment and provide personal care
- Work a flexible schedule, including Monday nights and occasional Tuesday nights
Requirements:
- Kind and caring nature
- Flexibility and reliability
- Good communication skills
