About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Care Lead to join our team at Diverse Abilities. As a key member of our Children's Team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to children with disabilities and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of care workers to deliver high-quality support to children with disabilities
  • Develop and implement person-centred care plans to meet the unique needs of each child
  • Work closely with families to ensure their needs are met and their voices are heard
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless support for children and families
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure best practice in children's care

Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in a leadership role in a health and social care setting
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances
