Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and flexible Support Worker to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to a young boy with complex health needs in his family home overnight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the young boy with his clinical equipment and daily needs
  • Develop a strong relationship with the client and his family to ensure their needs are met
  • Work collaboratively with the Care Manager and other team members to provide a seamless service
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
