Role Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Night Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential overnight support and monitoring for children residing in various settings, including our residential homes, respite unit, and domiciliary care services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver attentive night-time care, ensuring the safety and well-being of the children under your supervision.
  • Assist with personal care tasks, including intimate hygiene, as required by individual care plans.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive environment by engaging in age-appropriate activities and fostering a sense of belonging.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the children's care and progress.
  • Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care.

Essential Requirements

  • A genuine passion for working with children who have complex needs.
  • Experience in providing overnight support or similar roles within a residential setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • A full UK manual driving licence is essential for this role.
