About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Community Integrated Care. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
  • Support individuals to access community facilities and participate in person-centered activities
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the best possible outcomes for individuals
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
Requirements
  • Patience and empathy when working with individuals with complex needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliability and flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including waking nights
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality care and support
