  • Provide guidance and support to Health Care Assistants, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training to meet the needs of service users.
  • Participate in the on-call rota, providing support and expertise to the team as needed.
  • Conduct training, supervision, and performance management to maintain high standards of care.
  • Facilitate effective communication between service users and healthcare professionals to promote equal access to health services.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the healthcare sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
  • Driving license is essential for community-based support.
