About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team of Health Care Assistants at our luxury care home, The Aldbury in Poole, Dorset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
  • Participate in resident care planning and contribute to the development of individualized care plans.
  • Work collaboratively with the nursing team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements.
