About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team of healthcare professionals as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as toileting, feeding, and mobility
  • Support residents with their medication and medical needs
  • Encourage residents to participate in activities and engage in social interactions
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure residents receive comprehensive care
