Key Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- A compassionate and caring demeanor
- Proven experience in general maintenance tasks
- Strong skills in painting and decorating with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficient IT skills, including familiarity with applications on tablets and other devices
- Knowledge of Health & Safety standards
- Strong organizational and planning capabilities
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Flexibility in working hours
- A valid and clean driving license
It is preferred that candidates have received training as the Legionella Responsible Person in their previous roles.
This position requires an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
