Position Overview
As a Night Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the care provided to our residents during the night shift. The role offers a competitive pay rate of £13.35 per hour, including paid breaks, and requires a commitment of 24 hours per week, with alternate weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and supervise the delivery of high-quality care to residents, working closely with Senior Care and Care Assistants.
  • Provide support and guidance to your team throughout their shifts.
  • Administer medication to residents in accordance with established protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with external healthcare professionals and the families of residents.
  • Ensure that care is provided in compliance with Care South's standards and regulations.

Candidate Profile:
We are seeking a natural leader with a passion for the care profession. The ideal candidate will have a positive influence on the lives of our residents and the ability to motivate and develop their team to perform at their best.

Applicants should possess an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) and demonstrate proficiency in medication administration.
