Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the holistic care of patients, assisting their recovery and maintaining accurate and detailed records.
- Participate in the multi-disciplinary assessment, treatment, and evaluation of patient care without direct supervision.
- Implement the discharge process to ensure successful outcomes.
- Take charge of the inpatient unit and day programme as required, leading by example and promoting professional standards.
- Ensure receipt of clinical and managerial supervision in line with trust policy.
- Provide clinical supervision to band 3's and 4's within the team.
- Arrange the safekeeping of property and valuables.
- Contribute to the induction of staff and students.
- Take responsibility for own professional development and work within the Clinical Governance framework.
