Customer Relations Specialist

At Bytes Software Services, we're seeking a skilled Customer Relations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our service desk, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively engage with customers at all levels. You'll be responsible for managing your own workload, prioritizing tasks, and escalating issues to senior managers when necessary.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the end-to-end process to ensure customers receive the highest level of service
- Communicating effectively with external partners and Bytes staff
- Processing DoA and warranty requests, as well as general service queries
- Coordinating new device requests, multi-user access requests, and software requests
- Ensuring timely and accurate processing of leavers requests
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proficiency in Excel and a strong understanding of BMW/DaaS processes
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
