Customer Relations Specialist

At Bytes Software Services, we're committed to delivering exceptional IT solutions and services to our clients. As a Customer Relations Advisor, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service.
The purpose of this role is to provide continuous improvement in customer service, giving our customers confidence in our ability to meet their needs. You'll achieve this by understanding customer requirements, delivering technical excellence, and ensuring communication is concise, responsive, and of high quality.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and prioritizing your own workload, escalating to senior managers when necessary
- Meeting/exceeding target SLAs for first response, resolution, and update cadence
- Ensuring end-users receive the highest level of service through end-to-end process management
- Managing communication between external partners and Bytes
- Processing DoA and warranty requests, general service queries, and new device requests
- Processing multi-user access requests, new joiner requests, and software requests
- Processing leavers requests
Qualifications, experience, and skills required:
- Minimum 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English (Grade 4/A-C)
- Proficient in Excel
- Understanding of BMW/DaaS processes
- Service desk toolset

- Organized individual with excellent time management
- Accuracy and attention to detail essential
- Copes well under pressure and meets deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to take responsibility
- Tenacious, adaptable, and quick to learn
