The DaaS Service Desk Agent is responsible for providing top-notch customer support through continuous improvement. This involves understanding customer needs, delivering technical excellence, and maintaining clear, responsive, and high-quality communication.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and prioritizing your own workload, escalating to senior managers when necessary
  • Meeting and exceeding target SLAs for first response, resolution, and update cadence
  • Ensuring end-users receive the highest level of service through end-to-end process management
  • Communicating effectively with external partners and Bytes
  • Processing DoA and Warranty requests, general service queries, and other tasks

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Understanding of BMW/DaaS processes
  • Service Desk toolset experience
