Sales Director

Elsdon Energy is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our commercial projects team as the Head of Sales. This role will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UK commercial market
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth
- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets
- Manage the division's profit and loss statement and future budget
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
- Proven experience in leading a department delivering renewable energy projects
- Strong technical and commercial knowledge of renewable energy projects
- Track record of leading a team to deliver against sales targets
- Desirable: knowledge of solar technology and industry trends
