Your Role

We are seeking a motivated Partnerships Manager to enhance and nurture business relationships with key brands and retailers in sectors such as Fashion, Home & Living, and Health & Beauty.

The ideal candidate will possess a keen understanding of market trends within these categories, work autonomously to attract new partners, and support them in achieving their objectives while prioritizing community needs. Collaboration with the editorial team will be essential to secure optimal deals for our users.

This position is part of the partnership management team and reports directly to the Head of Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively cultivate and expand existing partnerships within your assigned categories.
  • Onboard new partners to drive growth and engagement.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, sharing insights and developments.
  • Embrace our 'community first' approach and tailor your strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with various departments to introduce innovative ideas and products that benefit our partners.
  • Engage with international counterparts to execute global marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing.
  • Proven track record in managing retail partnerships through key account management or sales development.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities and a proactive work ethic.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in various formats.
  • Self-driven and capable of contributing positively to team dynamics.
  • A solid educational background is preferred.
